BOTOX® is also used to treat muscle stiffness/spasms or movement disorders, reduce migraine discomfort, treat TMJ (temporomandibular joint) disorders, and lessen excessive sweating.

BOTOX® (onabotulinumtoxinA) is a medication that is injected into the affected muscles and often used in conjunction with ice or topical numbing cream before the treatment to ensure that you feel completely comfortable. Because BOTOX® involves no incisions, stitches, or surgery you can resume your daily routine directly following your appointment.

BOTOX is the only approved treatment to temporarily improve the appearance of moderate to severe frown lines and crow’s feet lines.

You may begin noticing results as soon as 24 to 48 hours after the treatment. The results can last up to four months until the muscle action gradually returns, causing lines and wrinkles to slowly reappear and will need to be treated again.

Dr. Kim is certified with the prestigious American Association of Facial Esthetics to practice facial esthetic treatment (BOTOX® and Juvederm® fillers).
