Our team at Glen Mills Dental is here to help you keep your smile healthy for life. If you experience any dental pain, Dr. Dan Kim and his team can evaluate your oral health and provide any necessary treatment. There are many ways to treat oral pain, both conservative and advanced. Depending on the cause of your pain, our dentist will help determine what treatment may be best for you. We invite you to contact us at (610) 358-5690 with any questions you may have about pain management in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania, and to schedule your next appointment.

Pain is often a symptom of an oral problem, and our office wants to ensure the care and comfort of all our patient. If you are experiencing oral pain, we recommend trying these few at-home treatments first:
  • Ice the affected area with ice packs
  • Take over-the-counter pain medication, such as Aspirin or Ibuprofen, as directed
  • Do not eat ice or hard foods or candy
  • Do not sleep on your stomach

If you are still experiencing pain, please visit our office, and our team will be able to evaluate your oral health and diagnose the cause of your pain. Following our evaluation, our dentist can perform any necessary treatments that remove your pain and discomfort.

If you still require pain medication, our office can help you know which one is best. If you require any medication for a procedure or afterwards, we ask that you provide our office with updated medical history records to ensure that our medications do not interfere or react with any allergies or other medication.

By following these steps, our team can treat your pain while ensuring your safety and comfort. If you have questions about our pain management options, we invite you to call or stop by our office and visit with our caring dentist and team members.
